Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions

This product is warranted by the Manufacturer against mechanical failure of any component (s) which prevent(s) intended operation of the system and is due to defect in material or workmanship as determined by the Manufacturer. 

Exceptions to Warranty are Lightning Strikes, Collision Damages, Disassembly of the Drum or Top Sheave, Broken or Bent Foils due to loose or defective stays, harmful cleaning chemicals, metal corrosion due to incorrect use of all separation components such as bushings and stay clamp, any surface contact of dissimilar metals to the components and normal wearing.

Warranty Commencement

The warranty shall commence on the Product Delivery date as deemed by the Courier's Proof of Delivery.

Warranty Period

The duration of the warranty shall be a Limited Lifetime Warranty as defined in the Warranty Definition & Duration section of this statement.

Use and Ownership Exceptions

Warranty is not valid for use on commercial charter vessels. Warranty is not valid if product ownership has been resold, traded or transferred for any reason whatsoever including estate and inheritance sales.

Warranty Definition & Duration

Warranty is limited to Parts Replacement only. Parts shipping costs shall be determined on pro-rata of 20 years as determined by the Manufacturer.

The Manufacturer and its representatives, sales associates and advertisers shall not be liable for all claims of damages as result of product failure, design, malfunction or any other incident type.
